1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the luubet platform at luubet.one (the "Platform"), registering a luubet account, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with luubet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the luubet Platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of luubet.one. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

luubet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at luubet.one/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a luubet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of luubet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the luubet Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account termination.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently seeking treatment for a gambling addiction, unless you have received written clearance from a qualified medical professional.

luubet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the luubet Platform, you must register a luubet account. Each individual may hold only one (1) luubet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid Philippine mobile number, which will serve as your primary account identifier and OTP delivery channel.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to promptly update any information that changes. luubet may require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. KYC verification typically requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID) and may include proof of address and source of funds documentation.

luubet reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your luubet account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service or account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is strongly recommended for all luubet accounts.
• Never share your luubet login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your luubet account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify luubet support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

luubet will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, SMS, email, or social media. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to luubet support immediately.

luubet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your luubet account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified luubet of unauthorized access prior to such activity occurring.

5Deposits & Payments

luubet accepts deposits through the following payment methods, which are available to Philippine-based players:

• GCash – Instant deposits via the GCash e-wallet.
• PayMaya / Maya – Instant deposits via the Maya e-wallet.
• Bank Transfer – Supported banks include BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
• Debit Card – Philippine-issued debit cards linked to supported bank accounts.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposits are credited to your luubet account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. luubet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your luubet account dashboard. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your luubet account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. luubet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be included in withdrawal amounts.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.

luubet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of such checks.

In the event that a withdrawal is found to have been funded by fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise improper deposits, luubet reserves the right to reverse the withdrawal and close the associated account.

7Bonuses & Promotions

luubet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Philippine-based players who meet the specific eligibility criteria for each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on ineligible game types may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Only one bonus may be active on a luubet account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• luubet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the luubet bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

8Gaming Rules

All games available on the luubet Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on the luubet Platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All game outcomes on luubet are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer results streamed from regulated studios. luubet does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to your luubet account balance.
• luubet reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault, regardless of whether the error was apparent at the time the bet was placed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the luubet Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, table, and account status.
• luubet reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any player whose betting patterns are deemed to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

For live dealer games, the decisions of the dealer and the results displayed on the live stream are final. In the event of a discrepancy between the live stream and the Platform's recorded result, the Platform's recorded result shall prevail, except where a technical fault is confirmed by luubet's technical team.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luubet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with luubet.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one luubet account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting luubet's bonus system through any means, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or systematically exploiting promotional terms.
• Money Laundering: Using the luubet Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime. luubet complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Unauthorized Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to luubet deposits.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access the luubet Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage individual.

luubet employs fraud detection systems and conducts regular audits of account activity. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be actioned without prior warning.

10Responsible Gaming

luubet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or participate in any game.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the luubet Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the luubet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any luubet Content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the luubet Platform or its software.

12Limitation of Liability

• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond luubet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Actions taken by luubet in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or closure.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the luubet Platform for purposes other than entertainment.

The luubet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. luubet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit luubet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13Termination

luubet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your luubet account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other luubet policy.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a court order or regulatory directive requiring account closure.
• Determination that you are no longer eligible to hold a luubet account under Section 2.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also close your luubet account at any time by contacting luubet's support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within one (1) business day.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and luubet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting luubet's support team. luubet will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving written notice of the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent luubet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

15Amendments to These Terms

luubet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, luubet will notify registered account holders via the contact information associated with their account (typically via SMS to the registered mobile number) and will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms is always available at luubet.one/terms-conditions. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the luubet Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

Your continued use of the luubet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
